Disney World & Universal Orlando Accident & Injury Report for 3rd quarter of 2021

The third quarter 2021 theme park accident and injury report has been released. Universal Orlando and Walt Disney World both had a few incidents noted on the report.

• 7/14/21 – Expedition Everest – Legend of the Forbidden Mountain, 72 year old male, guest felt nauseous after experiencing the attraction
• 9/16/21- Avatar Flight of Passage, 68 year old female, guest with pre-existing condition felt lightheaded after experiencing the attraction
• 9/22/21- Journey info Imagination with Figment, 70 year old female, guest fell exiting the attraction striking her nose

• 7/7/21 – Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure, 7year old female, back pain
• 7/8/21 – If I ran the Zoo, 47 year old female, ankle deformity

Only injuries and illnesses resulting in a hospital stay of 24 hours or more, including deaths, are included in the report.
